Who are we? We are a part of a centuries-old 'Third Order' of lay men and women from throughout the Hampton Roads Virginia area who follow Christ in the footsteps of Saint Francis. Our Fraternity includes members from Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Chesapeake. We regularly meet with the larger Franciscan family to include members of First and Second Order Franciscans.
